Shipping time for made to order garments is 2-3 weeks.

Shipping time for pre-orders is 2-4 weeks.

Shipping time for handmade garments is 3-4 weeks.

REFUNDS

CECIL SANE only accepts refunds under the circumstance that our client has received a defected garment. All tags must be attached and garment must be unworn. Refund process may take 1-2 weeks after the garment is received. CECIL SANE has the right to refuse any refund request.
